This fountain at Bellagio's was right next door to the Jockey Club.

New York New York was 1 block (one mile) to the south. Vegas
has huge blocks.

On March 21-29, 2000 the P.A. Predators traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada for a Panam
Circuit Event. We drove about 13-14 hours a day, for 2 days,
in each direction.

Las Vegas is quite a fun place to be. We arrived on Mar. 22 near
midnight. Found our way to the Jockey Club, right across the Strip
from Aladdin's. People were everywhere. So we had to walk over
to Caesars Palace, past the Bellagio & Paris. Vegas at night
is incredible. What a city! In the middle of nowhere, huge
casinos, hotels, bright lights, just jump out of the desert. Fountains,
statues, greenery, palm trees, and it was warm (unlike Saskatchewan).

I love this place. You can't see everything in a few days, but we
tried. We just kept hearing about bigger and better things everywhere.
Next time, we'll see more.

I want to thank Mike Wyatt for taking all the pictures in Vegas.
